Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a Tatly account or using tatly.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Tatly provides booking management software for tattoo artists, including deposit collection, digital waivers, and appointment reminders. We are a software platform, not a party to any booking made between artists and their clients.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
The Pro plan is billed at $19.99/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your profile page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deposits collected from clients are processed through your connected Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms. Tatly does not hold or escrow client funds.
5. Free Plan Limits
The free plan is limited to 3 bookings per calendar month. Deposit collection, digital waivers, and reminders are Pro-only features. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with 30 days' notice.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use Tatly for anything illegal, to harass others, to scrape data, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
7. Data & Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tatly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
